Frizzy Hair - not frizzy but static and fly away, help?

I shampoo all the junk out, i do use a leave in conditioner because of tangles.. when i use hairspray or gel i still get fly away and staticy hair

if i don't put the conditioner in, it still fly aways and staticy but with tangles

i have bought the no frizz stuff, it makes my hair more staticy

got any home secrets?

I just bought pantene leave on detangler an it works GREAT,and you only use a little. I am sure it will work on you.

Definitely use a conditioner whether leave in or rinse out. I also use Sunsilk straighten up 24/7 creme. It isn't for static but I have found it helps me with my static.
