Getting my nice hair back?

okay well i love how i knew

nothing about hair when i was younger

and totally butcherd my hair

dont get me wrong my hair is nice

but its not as nice as it used to be

i chemically straightened my hair

died it a lot, and bleached it a couple times

my hair used to be so long

but i kept trimming it because i used to straighten it

my hairs naturally curly and i need to use

gel and hairspray in it to make it look nice.

anyone have any tips on getting my

nice hair back. and no dead ends

and grow faster.

ive been not straightening it at all

and deep condtioning

and its getting better

i just want some tips

or if anyone has been in this place

I did the same thing to my hair with perms and coloring. I also have naturally thick and curly hair that thinned and broke out.

What I have done:

1) I stopped putting chemicals into my hair.

2) Keep your ends trimmed because once your hair starts to split it will just get worst.

3) I use these packs called Aphogee that you get at the beauty supply once a month. (there like $.99) They are a great conditioner.

4) I do not blow dry or straighten my hair but like one a month, otherwise I just wear it curly. This way when you do want to wear it straight, it is healthy and pretty.

5) Use light oils in your hair only like Olive and carrot oil, so you don't clogg your pores. Your hair won't grow with clogged pores.

My hair is finally back to normal after like 5 years once all my chemically treated hair broke off and grew back, but I am happier and my hair is healthy.

this is wut my mom did...she shaved her head and got a wig.....use the wig while u have no hair and then when it grows ur hair will be as beautiful as b4

For the most part,just do what u said,deep condition it alot,and try to get most of ur work dont @ a salon.and also,dont over-brush/comb it,or do flaten it or do anything to stress it.Also,u may want to go put a silk scarf on ur head while u sleep.

i know how u feel i have the same problem too. I have been blow drying my hair with a very hot blow dryer because it looks nice and straight but that has caused my hari to break and break. I have decide to see a hair stylist to help me solve this.
