My hair has so many cow licks and It doesn't grow down!?

My hair has so many cow licks that when I do my hair in the morning I need to use gel to keep it down! And when it grows more than three inches it starts to grow out and not down. My hair isn't curly, its strait. I need a conditioner or something that will thicken my hair to make it go DOWN. So it blows in the wind and goes back to where it was. I wan't it to hang down like other guys in high school. Thanks!

Some cow licks stay down better when they're longer and some stay down better when they're shorter.

cow licks suck, i know it, you should straighten it or blow dry it in the downward angle

i agree that you need to blowdry it in the direction you want it to go and then use gel and a strong holding hairspray. They suck i know, but they don't go away so you just have to learn to control them :)

Use gel maximum hold stuff so it stays, that should help.

use a strong spray an blowdry ur hair downwward. dont use too much spray cuz ull look like u got dandruff.

Have you considered a weave while it's growing out? They have one now that is really natural looking. I'd check in to that. Otherwise....the gel is all that is gonna help. 'Got to be glued' is the best kind on the market that I know of. Good luck!

haha i have really bad cow licks too! i dye my hair and that seems to help alot because it amkes the hair thicken and straightens it a little and try blow drying it downward with heat and then spray a little bt of hairspray on them and then blowdry it on low cold air downward
