Flake's in my hair?

Iv been getting flakes a lot in my hair i dont use any kind of gel and yet i have these big clumps coming off of my head i usually take hot showers is that the problem and any suggestions on how to rid of my annoying problem?

Either you have dandruff or your scalp is dry (from the hot shower). Avoid the hot water when shampooing. Not that hot anymore or your scalp will suffer.

there is a kind of shpoo and it helps i have the same pro. it is caled tea tree oil.

i had this problem just like your explaining and the beauty school told me to put seabreeze on my scalp and i did omggggggg it has fixed the problem completely i tried everything before and expensive shampoos but nuttin works like sea breeze try it you'll be amazed
