how do you achieve that? cuz i see people with hair like that and it looks spikey but dry so i guess gel isnt involved cuz you can tell its wet if its gel, so yea do they use hairspray or sumthing?

|yea some use hairspray but there is a dry type of gel which starts like a liquid but after 5 minutes its dry. its called flubber and it cost's for a bottle 20$ but you can get a tub for 60$ just go onto the net or talk to you're hairdresser.
