Help with hair!?

Well i'm a boy and the thing is that i want my hair to be smooth, soft and styled and i also want it to be long but cant seem to do it right.

Main problem is that i have a little dandruff and use head and shoulders smooth and silky and head and shoulders anti dandruff shampoos but the dandruff comes back the next morning or a little visible before i go sleep.

I also use Dove Respect and Balance Shampoo and tre semme shampoo but the hair doesn't stay shiny or soft.

I don't like using gel and if any knows if i shoudl use conditioner as my brother tells me not to and i don't know but just incase.

Thanks and please tell me any ideas or products i should use.

Scrub your head really good when shampoo? It works for me. Oh, and use conditioner. It makes everything much softer and smoother.

Use Shique Matrix conditioner! It works so WELL! And its REALLY cheep! Hope it helps!
