blue would look good. if you have all around layers(not the ones that go longer from your fron to the back, but the ones that are shorter than the rest of the hair underneath), then you could make a zig zag of dark blue layers just on the cut part of your hair.

just go with all the natural colors, different layers and colors. No weird colors. Too many people try to do that sh*t! Fades too quickly!

I would go with pink I had pink hair.. If you want it to stay use Loreal color rays it works the best and lasts the longest... You can also use just a little bit and reseal it to reuse again later... hope this helped..

With black or really dark hair you will have to pre lighten your hair first. Get a streaking kit that uses hair bleach, With really dark hair you may need to bleach twice, be careful to keep the bleach off your scalp you dont want to burn it. Also with hair that dark the bright colours look better if you do big chunky bits and let some of the dark stay.

Take a piece of hair about 1 inch by one inch, thoroughly dampen hair with the bleach solution and wrap it up in a piece of plastic so the bleach dosn't get on the rest of your hair. Wait the time said on the package. then check what colour you have, you want the hair to be very light and with as little red or orange (unless you are going pink) as possible. Repeat with other chunks all over your head. This really works best if you have a friend to help, its hard to see the back of your head.

When your hair is as light as possible then use a bright dye. Fudge is a pretty good make, you can get it at most salons, expect to pay about 15-25 dollars for a tube. Follow the directions to add the bright colour to your chunks. The colour will slowly fade as it washes out. Purples and blues tend to fade to greyish, Red goes pink and yellow and orange tends to look blond as it washes out.

If your hair is already black, you don't have a lot of choices except to bleach and then re-color. Were your hair light to begin with, I would suggest the PULSE line of color from Loreal. There's electric black, intense auburn, a plum, iced coffee, blonde - all whacked. They are temporary too, so you can try it and then if you like it, you can go permanent with a matching color. Black, though, is all but impossible to cover. It bleeds back through the same as red does. Bleaching is the only way you will get 'significant' color change now that you've gone black.

black hair colour is very hard to remove well without damage, so if you don't want to have to cut any off then your best bets would be in the pinkish redish purple family.
